O my God,
You are the fairest, greatest, and first of all things my heart desires.
My heart admires You, adores You, and loves You.
My small vessel is as full as it can be,
and I long to pour out all that fullness before You in a ceaseless flow of praise.

When I think of You and speak with You,
a thousand delightful thoughts rise up.
Countless streams of joy open before me,
filling every moment with refreshing happiness.

I bless You for the soul You created—
for shaping it, adorning it, and setting it apart for Yourself,
even though it is planted in barren soil.

I thank You for the body You have given me,
for preserving its strength and energy,
for senses that allow me to experience delight,
for the ease and freedom of my limbs,
for hands, eyes, and ears ready to do Your will.

I praise You for Your generous provision—
for daily bread, a full table, an overflowing cup,
for appetite, taste, and sweetness,
for the gift of family and friends,
for the ability to serve others,
for a heart that feels compassion,
for a mind that cares for my fellow image-bearers,
for every opportunity to bring happiness to those around me.

I thank You for loved ones who now rejoice in heaven,
and for the hope that one day I will see You clearly.

I love You beyond what words can express,
for who You are and all You are to Your creation.
